Kremlin spokesman: Russia schedules holidays for May 1 – May 10

MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- The May holidays in Russia will last from May 1 through May 10 in 2021, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday.

"The holidays will last through May 10," Peskov said.

Head of the consumer rights protection watchdog Anna Popova asked President Vladimir Putin to schedule holidays for the entire May 1 – May 10 period amid the pandemic. Putin supported the initiative.
